We require proof of income to be 2 1/2 times the amount of the rent. EX: rent is $1000. Your income would need to be $2500 a month

The Security Deposit is the same amount as one months rent. This is the best way to secure the property you like and will continue to show it until a security deposit has been paid in full. This is refundable when you move out IF the property is in the same condition it was in when you moved into the property
